I think this is just window dressing like everything else. First the govt had to pay 400 billion before they start talking. Where will they find the money and even if the do the London Arbitration stays. That means if the don’t like how the proceedings are going the can invoke London Arbitration. I seriuosly think IPPs will take the money and then negotiate. Remember we are not dealing with spring chicken!
