KARACHI: SICPA Pakistan has won the 13th NFEH (National Forum for Environment & Health) International CSR Award in the category of “Best Practices in CSR”, a statement said on Wednesday.
Chaudhry Muhammad Sarwar, governor of Punjab, and Dr Sania Nishtar, special assistant to the prime minister on Poverty Alleviation & Social Protection, attended the ceremony along with other guests, it added.
SICPA Pakistan was conferred with the award by NFEH based on its performance in undertaking CSR initiatives, its employees’ involvement in CSR activities, energy conservation, environmental audits, customer complaints, and conducting awareness programmes on education, health, and safety, it said.
SICPA’s initiatives and achievements in protecting the environment were also taken into consideration.
NFEH awards are distributed every year to national and international companies for their commendable performance in 34 different categories of Corporate Social Responsibility, it added.
